Returns/Exchange Returns/Exchange Returns Policy: Is there a problem with your purchase? All our items offer either 14 or 30 days return/exchange or refund. Please read each listing carefully for these specifics. Although we do our best, sometimes accidents happen. We want to get the right items in your hands as soon as possible. Item must be returned unused and in the same new condition as received. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs if the reason for return is simply because the Buyer changed his/her mind, does not want/need the item any longer, does not like the item, decided to purchase the item from another seller; or a combination of these. Once the item is returned and received, we will inspect it for any damage and/or defects. Once we conclude it is in the same condition as originally shipped, we will issue a refund to the PayPal account the item was purchase with. Credit Card purchases are also refunded to PayPal.
