Shipping Damage: Inspect your item for possible shipping damage as soon as you receive it. Report to us any shipping damage immediately. Obtain an authorization number before returning item/s.
Return Policy: We will gladly accept the returns of non-special order items that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 14 days from the date of receiving item/s. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 14 days from the date of receiving item/s. Items that are returned for generic or general reasons (changed your mind), the manufacturer MCM charges us 20% restocking fee, so we must follow the manufacturers return policies and charge a 20% restocking fee. Products must be returned in original packaging, by the original buyer and with a copy of the original receipt.
Return authorization must be requested for all returns.
Product returned without prior
authorization will be refused by MedMash.
Request of returns for merchandise must be made within 14 days of date of delivery date.
MedMash invoice number must be referenced when requesting authorization.
There will be a 20% restocking fee on all general/generic returns.
No returns on custom-made special-order products.
Return shipment must be returned prepaid. 
Return Authorization number must be marked on all returned cartons.
Returns accepted only on merchandise in original carton and in new and saleable condition.
Credit will not be given for damaged (non-shipping damage) merchandise.
Credit will not be given for shipping damage items that is not reported immediately upon receipt.
Returns must be received within 14 days of the date the authorization number is issued. Returns will not be credited past this date.
