Preformed Thermoplastic Roll, White 100mm wide (4") x 5m long, is a roadmarking line product made from preformed thermoplastic, which is used to lay permanent lines onto asphalt, concrete or Tarmac surfaces. Standard torch on procedure required.( The pictures show a job done in yellow over a year ago, still perfect and durable ) It is easily laid, durable and meets Highway standards, without the call-out costs associated with screed-applied thermoplastic lines. It has an advanced Plus formulation which retains flexibility even in cooler conditions; this overcomes a major drawback with other systems and enables work to continue through winter months
INSTRUCTIONS  Sweep clean the area to be marked (torch area over to dry any wet areas) lay out the tape and cut with sharp Stanley knife, (If a radius is required avery, very quick (careful, it takes some practice) blow over with the torch will soften it enough to bend it) Then just carefully blow over with the gas torch or infra red heater to melt the "tape" to the surface. Fast and cheap, no need to melt pots of white or call out a line marking gang !!
